- Cardinia Shire Council has invested $12million into a new, purpose-built soccer complex in Henry Road, becoming PUFC's new home ground in November 2016 (with pavilion being due to be completed in early 2017)
- Strong links between Pakenham United FC and the most successful A-League club Melbourne Victory
- Pakenham United FC is experienceing huge interest from persons within the community, wanting to join the club and play football. Until including 2016 we had to limit player numbers due to the lack of availabe training and game facilities. However, with moving to IYU Recreation Reserve we will no longer have to limit player numbers
- Building community is a major focus of Pakenham United FC and every effort is being made to foster an inclusive environment in wich players from all walks of life are welcome
- The sport of football is well positioned to be a major contributor towards the 'push' for a more active lifestyle and improved community health as Australia 'fights the flab' and try to overcome increasingly sedntary behaviour patterns. The game has strong appeal for both males and females and is seen to be 'safer' than other football codes
- Together, with partners from the local business community, we will build a meaningful sporting club in state of the art facilities that will have no equal in this region.
- Through exposure on our Facebook page we will facilitate a business partnership and networking program that works effectively for our supporters and sponsors within the local community and stretching far beyond the immediate area.
- Brand recognition of your logo, name and products/ services will be readily identified in association with the club and its activities – fun, healthy lifestyle, fitness and success will be linked to your name.
